It’s the end of the year and we are all getting ready for the holidays.
Enjoy our special photo collage of our “Whispers in Wonderland” school concert, together with a visit in two of our classes, the Afrikaans Junior and English Senior groups. We are very sad though to be saying goodbye to Teacher Nicole. We will miss her warmth, her love and her absolute passion for teaching very, very much.
Take care everyone, happy holidays and we look forward to seeing you in 2017!
There’s a hive of happy activity here at Whispers Centre as fourth and final term of the year gets off to a busy start.
The kiddies eagerly practice for their “Whispers in Wonderland” school concert, we show you how language foundations are built in the Madagascar class, and we give special thanks to Reutech Solutions for so generously sponsoring the much-needed repairs to our sound booth.
Come join us for an unforgettable evening with Nataniël and his UNPLUGGED show. All the proceeds are in aid of our special children at Whispers Speech and Hearing Centre.
Please help us fill the Lynnwood Ridge NG Church auditorium to overflowing.
Tickets are available at Computicket, the Church office and at Whispers Centre.
We enjoy the new sounds of Spring in our September 2016 newsletter, spend some time in the Pooh Bear class, and give you a special peek into the sound booth where our hearing tests take place…
New! New! New! Welcome to our Sounds @ Whispers newsletter…
We are proud to bring you our very first newsletter detailing all the busy happenings at the Whispers Speech and Hearing Centre. Every month we will feature one of our five classes and will also put the spotlight on one of the many projects currently underway at the Centre. Our newsletter is also the place where we wish to acknowledge and thank our loyal donors and supporters for their much-appreciated contributions towards our cause. Without them the happy sounds of language learning at Whispers would shrink into silence.
The August 2016 edition is the first of our newsletters, which we hope you’ll enjoy.
There are more to follow, so keep watching this space!
